Canada Day Parade and BBQ

Location               Parkland Community , Calgary

The Parkland Community is hosting a Canada Day Parade and BBQ:

The cars stage/start and end at the Church of Latter Day saints parking lot (which is large) at around 10:00AM for a 10:30AM start.  The route is about 5km at a fairly slow rate of 5-10km per hour and takes about 20-30 min to complete.

After which the drivers can take in the Canada BBQ at the community hall (Spolumbos sausages).

They encourage the drivers to do up as much Canada day regalia as they are comfortable with and please register at  parklandca@telus.net so they can have a count of attendees for a small token of appreciation for attending.

If you register for this event then other club members who register will know you are going and we can coordinate arriving as a group.
