We are once again pleased to announce the 2023 President's Dinner to be held at the Ranchmen's Club, located at 710 13 Ave SW, Calgary, AB.

***This dinner will feature a silent auction***

Please note the following important information:

1. This event is open to members in good standing (dues paid) and one guest. 
2. You must register and pay online no later than March 4, 2023. Payment at the door or late registrations cannot be accepted
3. The Ranchmen's Club has an enforced Dress Code - Smart Business Casual is required (no jeans) in the Club. For more information, please refer to the dress code descriptions on the Ranchmen's Club website

Cash Bar: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Dinner: 6:30 pm

Salad: Classic Caesar Salad

Choice of Entrées:

• Grilled Chicken Breast
• Slow Baked Alberta Trout 

Dessert: Baked Chocolate Tart

Electronic Devices

Use of cell phones, laptop computers and tablets in the public areas of the Ranchmen’s Club are not permitted. Cell phones should be set to silent or vibrate prior to entering the Club. Cellphones may be used in the Business Centres on each floor. With the exception of the A. E. Cross Dining Room, discreet use of smartphones and tablets is allowed for text messaging, reading and emailing. Laptop computers and tablets may be used in the Business Centres and private meeting rooms.
