It is not necessary to own a vintage sports car to join the VINTAGE SPORTS CAR CLUB
of CALGARY. All that is required is an interest in sports cars.
Membership Fees are from January 1 to December 31. If renewed before January 1
then the cost is $35.00, after that it's $40.00. One membership covers a
member and spouse, but with only 1 voting priviledge.  General Release: I hereby release the Vintage Sports Car Club of Calgary,
and its officers from any and all forms of liability for all damages arising out of
any action or accident caused by any club member.

I hereby consent to the Executive of the Vintage Sports Car Club of Calgary collecting,
retaining and using the personal information provided on this form in the operation of
the club's records and events. Information will not be shared with any person or
